本規約は、USAMIKO（うさみこ）が提供するWebサイトと、診断サイトへの案内プラグイン「USAMIKO Experiences」の利用条件です。本プラグインはUSAMIKOの独立した案内であり、OpenAIの公式サービスや認定を意味しません。
AI診断の目的と限界
AI診断は自己理解の振り返り、創作・娯楽を目的とする体験です。科学的・医学的な評価、標準化された能力試験、職業上の能力認定、資格・証明書の発行ではありません。医療・採用等の重要な判断の根拠として用いないでください。
結果は、利用するAIが参照できる情報や機能、入力内容に依存します。診断結果の正確性・完全性・再現性、画像生成の成功や文字・図表の正確さは保証していません。参照情報が不足する場合は判定できないことがあります。
外部AIサービスと利用上の注意
診断は利用者が選択するAIサービスで実行します。そのサービスの利用規約、プライバシーポリシー、料金・利用制限が別途適用されます。USAMIKOは外部サービスの機能や提供継続を管理できません。AIに入力する情報や、結果を共有する範囲は事前に確認してください。
不正アクセス、過剰な自動投稿、サービスを妨害する行為や第三者の権利を侵害する利用はお控えください。
作品・文章とプロンプトの利用
本サイトに掲載している作品画像および文章の無断転載・複製・再配布・改変・二次利用は、商用・非商用を問わず禁止します。利用をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。これは既存のUsage Policyと同じ方針です。
診断体験で明示している「プロンプトをコピーして選択したAIに貼り付ける」操作は、その体験の利用手順として許可しています。これは作品やサイト文章全般の再配布許諾ではありません。法令で認められる引用・利用を妨げるものではありません。生成結果の利用には、利用AIサービスの条件と第三者の権利を確認してください。
提供状況と利用者の権利
メンテナンスや外部サービスの状況により、内容の更新や提供の中断が生じる場合があります。常時利用や即時のサポート対応は保証していません。
本規約は、運営者の責任を一律に免除したり、法令上認められる利用者の救済・権利を放棄させたりするものではありません。法令上負う責任は適用法令に従います。

Scope and operator
These terms cover USAMIKO’s websites and USAMIKO Experiences, the plugin that guides users to experience sites. It is an independent USAMIKO guide, not an official OpenAI service or certification.
Purpose and limits of AI experiences
The experiences support reflection, creativity and entertainment. They are not scientific or medical assessments, standardized proficiency tests, professional capability certifications or qualifications. Do not use them as a basis for consequential decisions such as medical or hiring decisions.
Results depend on the information, inputs and features available to your chosen AI. Accuracy, completeness, reproducibility, successful image generation and correct text or charts are not guaranteed. Insufficient evidence may prevent an assessment.
External AI services and acceptable use
You run the diagnosis in an AI service of your choice. Its terms, privacy policy, fees and usage limits apply separately. USAMIKO does not control its features or continued availability. Review what information you submit and what you share from the result.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, automated spam, service disruption or uses that infringe others’ rights.
Artwork, text and prompt use
Unauthorized reproduction, reposting, redistribution, modification, or reuse of artwork and text on this website is prohibited, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Please contact USAMIKO in advance for permission. This preserves the existing Usage Policy.
Where an experience expressly instructs you to copy its prompt into your chosen AI, that operation is permitted as part of using the experience. This is not a general license to redistribute artwork or website text. Uses permitted by applicable law, including lawful quotation, remain available. Check your AI service’s conditions and third-party rights before using generated results.
Availability and your rights
Content may be updated and service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to external providers. Continuous availability and immediate support are not guaranteed.
These terms do not create a blanket exemption from the operator’s liability or require you to waive remedies or rights provided by applicable law. Any liability imposed by applicable law remains subject to that law.
