運営者はUSAMIKO（うさみこ / Usamiko）です。本ポリシーは、USAMIKOのポートフォリオサイト、問い合わせフォーム、AI診断サイトの案内プラグイン「USAMIKO Experiences」における情報の取り扱いを説明します。
案内プラグインとAI診断
現在のUSAMIKO Experiencesは、診断サイトへのリンクと利用手順を案内するプラグインです。利用者の会話履歴や診断結果をUSAMIKO独自のサーバーへ送信・保存する機能は備えていません。これは、プラグインを実行するChatGPT等のサービス自体が情報を処理しないという意味ではありません。
診断は、利用者が診断サイトのプロンプトをコピーし、選択したAIサービスへ貼り付けて実行します。プロンプトや、そのAIが参照できる会話等の処理には、利用するAIサービスの規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。USAMIKOはそのサービスでの保存・学習利用・削除設定を管理できません。
お問い合わせ情報と保存
お名前・返信先メールアドレス・本文・表示言語・受付日時を、お問い合わせへの対応と不正投稿対策のために利用します。会話履歴や診断結果、機密情報は入力しないでください。
受付データはChatGPT SitesのCloudflare D1データベースに非公開で保存し、Google Apps Scriptを通じて運営者のメールに通知します。不正投稿を制限するため、接続元IPに由来する識別子を保存します。問い合わせ内容をGoogle Analyticsへ送る処理は実装していません。
現在、固定の保存期間と自動削除は設定していません。削除・訂正のご相談は、受付番号を添えて問い合わせフォームまたは運営者のXへお寄せください。データベースと通知メールを対象に、本人確認のうえ対応します。個別の法令・紛争対応等により削除できない場合は理由を説明します。
アクセス解析・Cookieと選択
ポートフォリオのGoogle Analytics 4は、解析を許可した場合にタグを読み込む構成です。ページ表示、作品の閲覧・拡大、コーナーの表示、リンク移動、プロンプトのコピー等を計測します。広告向けのGoogleシグナル・パーソナライズは無効にしています。URLの任意のクエリと参照元の詳細パスは送信前に除き、許可したUTM項目のみ残します。
GA Cookieの有効期間は設定上180日です。同意の選択はブラウザー内に保存します。トップページ下部の「アクセス解析の設定」から変更でき、拒否すると以後の計測を止め、当サイトのGA Cookieを削除します。既に送信されたデータはこの操作では削除されません。ブラウザーが選択の保存を拒否した場合は、現在のページのみに適用されます。
Support・Privacy Policy・Terms of Serviceの各ページには解析タグや新しい入力フォームを設けていません。
外部サービス・第三者との取り扱い
問い合わせの保存・メール通知、アクセス解析、サイト配信には、上記の外部サービスを利用します。問い合わせ内容を一般公開する機能はありません。この説明は、サービス提供事業者による処理や、法令に基づく開示まで存在しないことを保証するものではありません。
ポートフォリオの表示用フォントにはGoogle Fontsを使い、ページ表示時にGoogleのフォント配信先へ通信します。これはGA4の解析同意とは別です。この3つの説明ページは外部フォントを読み込みません。サイト配信・セキュリティ対策のため、ChatGPT SitesとCloudflareもリクエスト情報を処理する場合があります。外部リンク先の情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのサービスに従います。

Operator and scope
USAMIKO (Usamiko) operates this portfolio and USAMIKO Experiences. This policy explains information handling for the portfolio website, its inquiry form and the USAMIKO Experiences AI-experience guide plugin.
Guide plugin and AI experiences
The current USAMIKO Experiences plugin provides links and instructions. It has no function that sends or stores your chat history or diagnosis results on a separate USAMIKO server. This does not mean that ChatGPT or another service running the plugin does not process information.
You run a diagnosis by copying the full prompt from an experience site into your chosen AI service. That service processes the prompt and any context available to it under its own terms and privacy policy. USAMIKO does not control its retention, training-use or deletion settings.
Inquiry information and retention
USAMIKO uses your name, reply email, message, language and receipt time to respond to inquiries and prevent abuse. Do not submit chat histories, diagnosis results or confidential information.
Inquiries are stored privately in a Cloudflare D1 database through ChatGPT Sites, with email notifications delivered to the operator through Google Apps Script. An identifier derived from the connection IP is stored for rate limiting. Inquiry text is not included in the site’s GA4 tracking code.
No fixed retention period or automatic deletion is currently configured. To request correction or deletion, contact USAMIKO through the inquiry form or X, quoting your receipt number. Requests cover database records and notification emails, subject to identity verification. If necessary legal retention or dispute handling prevents deletion, the reason will be explained.
Analytics, cookies and your choice
The portfolio’s GA4 tag loads only after analytics consent. It measures page views, artwork views and expansions, section views, links and prompt copies. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Arbitrary URL queries and detailed referrer paths are removed; approved UTM fields may remain.
GA cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Your consent choice is stored in your browser. Change it through Analytics preferences in the portfolio footer. Declining stops future measurement and removes this site’s GA cookies, but does not delete previously transmitted data. If your browser cannot save the choice, it applies to the current page only.
The Support, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages contain no analytics tags or new input forms.
External services and third parties
The external services identified above support inquiry storage, email notifications, analytics and hosting. There is no public inquiry-list feature. This statement does not guarantee the absence of processing by service providers or disclosures required by law.
The portfolio uses Google Fonts, which connects to Google’s font servers independently of GA4 consent. These three information pages do not load external fonts. ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare may process request information for hosting and security. Linked services apply their own privacy practices.
